After a successful career in a traditional corporate environment, founder Kyle Kobriger found himself increasingly frustrated by the slow-moving machinery of big organizations. Opportunities that made perfect sense were often stalled by layers of red tape and endless approval chains. So, when the opportunity arose to take ownership of a small warehouse, he saw more than a business venture, he saw a blank slate.
From day one, Kyle set out to build the kind of company he wished existed: one where decisions could be made quickly, people were trusted to think creatively, and customers were treated like true partners. What began as a small operation focused primarily on B2B fulfillment quickly started to gain traction. Clients took notice not just of the speed and precision but of the attentiveness and transparency that defined Badger’s approach.
Before long, those same customers began asking if Badger could support their D2C channels as well. That request sparked the foundation of our hybrid model, one designed to deliver the same level of excellence across both business types. As volume grew, so did our footprint. In 2022, Badger expanded into a 120,000 sq. ft. solar-powered facility, custom-built to handle omnichannel fulfillment for rapidly scaling modern brands.
Today, Badger Fulfillment Group combines the energy of entrepreneurial leadership with enterprise-grade technology and disciplined operational expertise. Our team has grown to nearly 40 associates, serving 50+ customers across a range of industries while maintaining the agility and partnership-first ethos that got us here.
