RECEPTIONIST / ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT *** OPEN POSITION ***

We are looking for someone to perform front desk/reception duties such as answering/directing calls, greeting visitors, as well as assist with preparation of outbound shipment order materials, data entry, and supplies restocking. This person would provide support to our Office Manager and Account Managers in an administrative capacity. Keeping the office tidy, supplies stocked in the breakrooms/bathrooms, and getting materials ready for orders and projects.

General Duties

  • answering incoming calls & directing them to appropriate person
  • directing & welcoming visitors, including daily carrier pickups
  • keeping the office clean and orderly
  • restocking coffee area office, bathroom, & breakroom supplies
  • monitoring supplies lists and notifying Office Manager when reorder is necessary
  • Placing orders and setting up Conference room for employee luncheons
  • Scanning/emailing Signed BOLs to Customers, filing/retention in compliance with Badger Policies
  • Responding to Requests for Quality Photos (Google Photos)

Materials Preparation & Data Entry:

  • Formatting attachments for shipments orders to comply with stock materials (labels/paper) and customer/retailer requirements, such as Customs docs, packing lists, shipping labels, barcodes, retailer labels, etc.
  • Entering VAS charges for printing, label creation, and other administrative charges.
  • Printing/Organizing labels, jobs, and/or project materials for Warehouse teams; communicating to Account Managers/Customers if materials are missing in re: labels/other docs.
  • Monitoring Order Operations screen for orders with “Attachments” uploaded to the WMS & printing/prepping materials
  • Correcting data entry errors in the WMS

Any other task : as required in order to complete daily operations, such as opening/closing tasks, assisting with projects on the warehouse floor, etc.

Pay Scale:
Starting at $17 – $19 per Hour

Expected Hours:
25-40 per week

WAREHOUSE PROJECT ASSOCIATE

This is a temporary/seasonal position. Hours are available as long as there is work available. Additional job responsibilities may be added in order to make more hours available.

General Duties

  • Completing daily projects as assigned to you by the Warehouse Manager
    Projects might include:

    • Labeling or over-labeling (shipping labels, barcodes, promos, etc.)
    • Un-boxing or re-packing
    • Kitting, such as building, stocking, and preparing in-store displays or subscription/sample boxes.
    • Cleaning tasks (zone assignments plus additional annual/as-needed tasks)
  • Assisting with daily Housekeeping & Warehouse cleaning Tasks, which might include sweeping, mopping, supplies restocking, emptying garbage, etc.
  • Perform any other job functions that are requested by supervisor, such as: Disposing of Expired Product, annual cleaning tasks, or other miscellaneous assignment.
  • Maintain a safe and productive warehouse environment.
    • Maintain cleaning standards to comply with GMP Requirements.
    • Maintain any equipment assigned to you (including tape dispensers, workstations, etc.)

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or other related work experience
  • Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred, but not required.
  • English-speaking preferred, but not required.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

General Duties

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders in compliance with customer and company standards. This includes both packing out items into cases, palletizing/repalletizing cases on pallets.
  • Maintain a safe and productive warehouse environment.
    • Maintain cleaning standards to comply with GMP Requirements.
    • Maintain any equipment assigned to you (including tape dispensers, workstations, etc.)
    • Notify the Warehouse Manager if you notice any building, maintenance, cleaning, or other possible safety issues.
    • Inform Office Manager of any low supplies or materials
  • Will take direction from Account Managers and Warehouse Manager for daily forklift assignments such as pulling product for projects or orders, taking customer inventory, and other tasks related to completion of customer orders.
  • Keep the Shipping Bay organized according to Badger standards, ensuring pallets are marked with all necessary information before leaving the pallet in the Bay.
  • Fill out Forklift Service Reports & report any issues to the Warehouse Manager immediately
  • In addition to being responsible for upkeep of forklifts and assigned cleaning zone, may be assigned some janitorial, maintenance, or other tasks as needed by ownership & management.
  • Perform any other job functions that are requested by supervisor, such as: Disposing of Expired Product, annual cleaning tasks, or other miscellaneous assignment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to
