Kyle Kobriger

Kyle founded Badger Fulfillment Group in 2017 with an empty warehouse, no fulfillment experience, and a determination to build something great. By focusing on hard work, accountability, and doing what he said he would do, he grew Badger into a trusted fulfillment partner for brands across the country. Today, Kyle leads the company’s long- term strategy and investments while staying committed to the same values that built the business: taking care of customers, supporting the team, and doing the right thing.

Jared Kobriger

Jared is responsible for many of the systems and processes that keep Badger running behind the scenes. With a background in mechanical engineering, he has a knack for taking complicated problems and finding practical solutions. Whether it's improving workflows, implementing new technology, or making operations more efficient, Jared is always looking for ways to make things work better for both our team and our clients.

Lance Wagner

Drawing from years of experience managing large projects and teams Lance brings a practical, disciplined approach to operations. He works closely with the warehouse team to make sure the details don't get missed and that the commitments we make to clients are delivered consistently. His focus on accountability and execution plays a big role in maintaining the reliability Badger is known for.
