Website Privacy Policy

Effective: August 25, 2026   |   Version: 1.0

Your trust and privacy are important to us. We are committed to treating your personal information with the care and respect it deserves. This Privacy Policy explains how Badger Fulfillment Group (“Badger FG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit badgerfg.com (the “Site”), request a quote or consultation, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.

This policy covers the Site and our sales and marketing communications. It does not govern the order and shipment data we handle on behalf of the brands who hire us to fulfill their orders. That information is governed by our agreement with the brand, and Section 7 explains how it works.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as a visitor to the Site, a client or prospective client, a job applicant, or another individual whose information we collect through the Site.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using or accessing the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

  • Job applicant information: if you apply for a role with us, the resume, work history, references, and eligibility information you submit.

We do not process payments on this Site, so we do not collect payment card information through the Site. If you engage our services, billing is handled separately by invoice, as described to you at that time.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not use the Site to collect information from children.

2. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Site (“Usage Data”). To do this, we use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include device information, browser information, network connection information, your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with similar law, we process personal information on the following bases: to perform a contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and growing the business, to comply with a legal obligation, or with your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share your information as follows:

  • Service providers: the vendors listed in Section 3, only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Professional advisors: accountants, auditors, insurers, and counsel, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Badger FG, our clients, our employees, or others.

7. Order Information We Handle for Our Clients

Fulfillment is our business, so this is worth stating plainly even though it sits outside the Site. When a brand hires us to pick, pack, and ship its orders, that brand sends us the information we need to get a package to a person. That typically includes recipient name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order contents.

For that information, the brand is the controller and Badger FG is the service provider and processor. We use it only to perform the fulfillment, shipping, returns, and reporting services our client asked for, and we share it only with the carriers who deliver the package and the warehouse system that manages it. We do not sell it, we do not market to those recipients, and we do not use it to build our own lists. How we handle it is governed by our agreement with the brand, not by this policy.

If you are a consumer who placed an order and you want to access, correct, or delete your information, contact the brand you ordered from. They can reach us and we will support their request. You are also welcome to write to us at info@badgerfg.com and we will route you to the right place.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Receive a portable copy of the information you provided to us.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time, including by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Request information about how your data is collected, used, and shared, including the categories of third parties who receive it.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, to the extent applicable law provides that right. We do not sell personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site.
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@badgerfg.com. We will verify your request using the information we already hold, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.

9. Children’s Data

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction, without appropriate parental or guardian consent. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “sell” or “share,” as those terms are defined under applicable law, the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@badgerfg.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect personal information. These include access controls and role-based permissions in our systems, multi-factor authentication on business accounts, encryption of data in transit, and vendor agreements that require comparable protections.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information to us through unsecured channels.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship with you, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Our general practice for information collected through the Site:

12. Information We Obtain From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, from the platforms listed in Section 3, from publicly available business sources when we research a prospective client, from referral partners who introduce us, and from tracking technologies such as pixels and web beacons when you interact with our advertisements or emails. Any information we receive this way is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded third-party content, including our reviews widget. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

14. Where Your Information Is Processed

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the “Effective” date above, and take any further steps required by applicable law. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
